Russell and Lisa Cunningham at Deep River Design have provided my family with beautiful and unique jewelry for many years. As such, I was drawn to their concept of individualized and creative jewelry, especially at a local design studio, to purchase my wife's engagement ring. The process of designing the ring was enjoyable and seamless. Russell spent time with me inquiring about Janelle's tastes, preferences, style and lifestyle to better understand the design of engagement ring that would best suit her. Russell hand-drafted sketches that depicted several gorgeous rings; the drawings were even beautiful! Each design incorporated the aspects of Janelle's style that were most important, and even considered how the wedding band would sit next to the engagement ring. I chose an absolutely gorgeous center stone round diamond with 6 pave diamonds set on a straight-lined platinum band, which would allow the wedding band to sit flush against the engagement ring without interfering with the stone. Both the ring and Janelle were gleaming when I placed it on her finger during a run in Rockefeller State Park in New York.

The purchase of the wedding bands was also truly special. Janelle had the enjoyment of visiting the studio in Deep River and seeing the designs for her wedding band. It was a lovely visit with Russell and Lisa, as Janelle was able to meet the designers of her engagement ring and the Cunninghams were able to see Janelle wearing the gorgeous ring.

Our experience with Russell and Lisa at Deep River Design was unforgettable. They designed Janelle's engagement ring and wedding band with precision, talent, and beauty. We are so pleased to have worked with Russell and Lisa and utilized their talents to create the symbol of our everlasting love.
